Eligibility Rules |
Extracted from the DaimlerChrysler Company Car Terms, Conditions and Instructions Manual:
A retired employee of DaimlerChrysler who meets each of the following criteria is eligible to participate in the Vehicle Lease Program provided:
- The individual was eligible to participate in the Vehicle Lease program prior to retirement, currently denoted as having retired as a band 89 or above.
(Retired Participants are eligible to lease the same number of vehicles as when they were employed).
- The individual retired under either a non-contributory pension plan or the Salaried Employees' Retirement Plan and is receiving benefits from either or both plans.
NOTE: Those former employees eligible for or in receipt of only a deferred vested benefit are not eligible. |
